What were the reasons for you to choose this field?

Mikita thinks that he has analytical capabilities. He wanted to become such an expert, to develop his business. Now, after looking at one slide in three of his halls, he can see that he has one joint. When I was a student, I was thinking about how to open my own business.

When I was in my second year, Mikita started a newspaper called "The Bag". The name was given by the city of Sumy. One thousand copies were released for sale. It came out once every three months. At that time it was possible to get on the market. But later it became clear that it was impossible to receive large sums of money this way.

The focus of the other business was the distribution of plastic windows. Mikita worked as a dealer at one of the factories. He stopped talking to one teacher. This person helped him in his first business venture. That is when the teacher recruited a group of students. They advertised services related to the installation of plastic windows.

After graduation I decided to live in Kiev. I wanted to get into the big four, I visited KPMG and Deloitte. At the same time I was engaged in furniture production, and also sold furniture. These pieces of furniture were produced at the factory. It turned out to get decent money. Later I wanted to study international standards related to accounting and auditing. This gave me the opportunity to work for KPMG. My career began to move forward with success. I was able to hold the position of senior auditor for three years. But I was not included in the "big four" of businessmen who have their own business.

Why did you, as an individual entrepreneur, want to join the "big four"?

There was a gap in my systemic knowledge with an occidental understanding. We had to see how things were going in Sumy and Kyiv. It was impossible to make an impression. Large international companies that can offer jobs were seen as a matter of the sun in the dark.

Which companies would have cared at that time?

Mars and Procter Gumble were the biggest names at the time.

Could KPMG have made it to the Fortune500?

These companies will help you realize their abilities. My move to Parimatch was due to the activities of KMG. Parimatch gave more consideration to those who were able to complete the educational program at KPMG schools.

How did you join Parimatch?

At first I was offered a position as a department head. After that Parimatch turned 18 years old. But, in fact, the company began to reorganize.
